Pescado a La Veracruzana

Pescado a La Veracruzana

Justo a tiempo para la Cuaresma, les traemos desde la costa oriental de México una receta fácil de preparar de Pescado a la Veracruzana.

INGREDIENTES

(8 porciones)

8 filetes de pescado fresco. Enharinar pescado

¼ taza de aceite. Freír de ambos lados el pescado. Aparte en un sartén:

3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva

2 dientes de ajo bien picados

¼ taza de cebolla picada Cuando el ajo y la cebolla estén fritos, añadir:

1 libra de tomate picado, sin semilla

Sazonar con:

¼ cucharada de pimienta negra

2 cucharaditas de sal o al gusto

4 onzas de Pasta de tomate

1 taza de agua

4 onzas de aceitunas

2 onzas de alcaparras

4 onzas de Cebollitas encurtidas

Preparación

Hervir la salsa por 3 minutos y agregar los filetes de pescado. Hervirlos por 5 minutos.

Servir con perejil encima.
